Kids R Us Learning Center is Hiring a Lead Pre-K Teacher Near Dover, DE
- Plan and implement individualized education programs for each child.

- Provide leadership through active direction and direct involvement in the care, teaching and training of children.
- Work cooperatively with teachers, assistant teachers, center aides and volunteers within the classroom.
- Inventory all classroom equipment and supplies as instructed annually.
- Responsible for implementing parent engagement activities.
- Perform the duties of bus monitor as assigned.
- Responsible for custodial duties of classroom.
- Ensure that the needs of the children are met.
- Work in cooperation with supervisor to develop and document progress on professional development plan.
